ORLANDO, FL — FloridaMakes is proud to announce that Kevin Carr, Chief Executive Officer, has once again been named among Florida’s most influential business leaders by Florida Trend magazine.
The recently published Florida 500 list recognizes the 500 most influential executives across major industries in the state. According to Florida Trend, “this immense research initiative by the editors of Florida Trend has resulted in a personal, engaging look at the state’s most influential business leaders.”

Carr has dedicated his career in both the public and private sectors to advancing manufacturing, with a focus on helping small and medium-sized companies grow and improve profitability. Throughout his career, Carr has advised manufacturers, state and federal agencies, boards, and trade associations, combining hands-on leadership with strategic guidance. His expertise continues to guide FloridaMakes in supporting and advancing Florida’s manufacturing economy.
In addition to Carr’s recognition, FloridaMakes Board Members Greg Britton, State Director of the Florida SBDC Network, and Todd Kocourek, President & CEO of Florida First Capital Finance Corporation (FFCFC), were also named to the Florida 500 list.
