Organization Development (OD) is a process that focuses on improving an organization's capability with a focus on alignment of strategy, structure, processes, people, and measures. Balanced Score Card

The Balanced Score Card is an integral part of the achievement of an organization’s strategic plan. The purpose of the balanced score card is to align the organization’s strategy keeping the vison at the center. The balanced score card directs the organization to examine themselves from four perspectives: Financial, Customer, Process, Learning and Growth. The goal is to develop action plans, objectives and measures related to the four perspectives creating a balanced approach to the management and future of the organization.

Failure Mode and effect analysis (FMEA)

FMEA is a proactive system for evaluating a process or design to identify potential failure modes and their causes and effects. This analysis is highly effective and adaptable to manufacturing companies of all sizes. The analysis starts by listing the functions that the process or design needs to fulfill, followed in order by failure modes, potential effects, potential causes and detection methods. Once these inputs are established, a numerical ranking process calculates account severity, occurrence and detection to mathematically quantify a Risk Priority Number (RPN) This number ranks a company’s risk.
