I am a senior executive and growth strategist with more than 30 years of leadership experience across photonics, optics, lasers, precision manufacturing, and other science-based technology businesses. My background spans general management, sales leadership, business development, operations, and strategic growth execution, with a consistent focus on helping organizations scale revenue, improve execution, and create long-term enterprise value.
Most recently, I served as General Manager of G&H Tampa, a flagship U.S. manufacturing site within Gooch & Housego’s Optical Systems division, where I held full P&L responsibility and led operational execution for high-reliability optical manufacturing serving defense, aerospace, and advanced industrial customers. The business specialized in precision optical fabrication, advanced thin-film coatings, and complex optical and electro-optical assemblies for mission-critical applications, including imaging systems, targeting and fire-control optics, ISR payloads, and ruggedized optical assemblies.
I am now launching Sustainable Photonics LLC, a consulting and advisory firm focused on helping companies in the photonics, optics, laser, electro-optical, and advanced manufacturing sectors accelerate growth and navigate critical strategic decisions. I work with companies on sales, business development, marketing strategy, partnerships, channel development, operational commercialization, and M&A-related initiatives, helping leadership teams identify the right opportunities, sharpen market positioning, improve go-to-market execution, and build scalable growth platforms.
