The Leadership Series 101: Excellence In Manufacturing course is designed to give participants a better understanding of what it means to “lead” the workforce , what their roles and responsibilities are, learn tools and disciplines of being in a leadership / supervisory role in a manufacturing setting, and how to develop an entrepreneurial mindset. During this training, participants will learn the skills needed to transition from a high performer to an effective leader in the organization.
The “Leadership Series” is broken into six (6) live-virtual modules with a focus on the foundational aspects of becoming a leader in the organization. Each module consists of 3-4 hours of interactive training over a two-day period (1-1/2 to 2 hours, consecutive days) for six (6) consecutive weeks.
