FloridaMakes Network Reports New Impact Numbers Totaling $2.18 Billion Through Q3 2020

We’re excited to report that Florida manufacturers who received services through the FloridaMakes Network have reported a combined total of $2.18 billion in measurable impacts (total survey data through Q3, 2020). On average, $4.8 million in total impact and 29.9 jobs were created or retained per client. The findings were reported directly by manufacturers through an independent third-party survey conducted on behalf of the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NIST MEP).

FloridaMakes Board Member Ray Aguerrevere Appointed to the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) Advisory Board of the National Institute of Standards and Technology

Ray Aguerrevere, Vice President of Custom Metal Designs in Orlando, has been named to the National Institute of Standards and Technology Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NIST MEP) Advisory Board. The MEP Advisory Board is a national board, that is legislatively mandated and established pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA).
