She has almost 30 years of experience in HR, operations, management, employee relations, and management training.
Wendy’s got the education – and not just the book kind – with multiple degrees (Master’s in HR and another in Health Care Administration), plus she’s held titles like SPHR and SHRM-SCP. She even taught the SHRM prep-course, but she walked away when it started feeling like a waste of time for folks who weren’t ready to be there, but they were still gladly taking their money! Wendy’s is also certified in internal workplace investigations and DiSC personality training, and a Dale Carnegie grad in leadership and empathy—because those things matter.
