Outside Training Enhances Workforce

Carlisle Interconnect Technologies has its own training team, who focus entirely on building the workforce to help achieve the required technical and leadership skills. In this case, the team was challenged with finding ways to cut costs. Carlisle’s vision was to continue to invest in their people and encourage employees to become the best they can be through internal and external educational opportunities.
