Her diverse background in manufacturing, transportation, logistics, and organizational leadership equips Florida manufacturers with practical strategies to strengthen their workforce, improve performance, and drive sustainable growth.
Throughout her career, Rulee has partnered with organizations to develop talent pipelines, enhance workplace safety, improve employee engagement, streamline operations, and build high-performing cultures. Her expertise spans workforce planning, leadership development, employee relations, compliance, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, risk management, and organizational transformation.
Rulee has held senior leadership roles, including Head of Human Resources and Safety, and has served as a strategic advisor to executive leadership teams. Her ability to connect people, processes, and business objectives enables manufacturers to address workforce challenges while improving operational effectiveness and long-term competitiveness.
A United States Air Force veteran, Rulee is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, OSHA-30 certified professional, CPR/First Aid Instructor Trainer, author, and community leader. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently completing her master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Leadership Development through Western Governors University (graduating July 2026).
