Daniel Nieves is a seasoned manufacturing professional and business advisor with deep roots in South Florida’s industrial community. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Daniel brings a unique blend of creative and operational expertise, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performing Arts from Florida International University.
With over 20 years of experience at Concept Elevators, Daniel developed extensive knowledge in elevator contract manufacturing, building a strong foundation in quality control, production operations, supply chain management, and continuous process improvement. His leadership experience reflects a commitment to operational excellence and practical, results-driven solutions within complex manufacturing environments.
In addition to his industry experience, Daniel has served for nine years as an examiner for the South Florida Manufacturers Association’s (SFMA) Manufacturer of the Year (MOTY) program. In this role, he evaluates organizations against the Malcolm Baldrige Standards of Excellence, contributing to the recognition and advancement of high-performing manufacturers across the region.
Today, Daniel leverages his experience to support manufacturers in driving growth, improving performance, and strengthening their operational and leadership capabilities.
