His diverse background in lean manufacturing, quality management, continuous improvement, and safety management enables him to help small and medium-sized manufacturers improve performance, strengthen operations, and achieve sustainable growth.
Cristian's experience spans industries including metal products, plastics, automotive, pharmaceutical, food packaging, and electronics manufacturing. Exposure to a wide range of manufacturing environments has provided him with a deep understanding of industry challenges and opportunities, enabling him to help manufacturers apply proven practices that improve quality, productivity, and overall business performance.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Cristian is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor. Combining technical expertise with strong business acumen, he works closely with manufacturers to identify opportunities for growth, improve operational effectiveness, and strengthen long-term competitiveness.
