He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Florida State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of South Florida. Brandon is also certified in APICS Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies, and ASQ Total Quality Management principles.
Throughout his career, Brandon has led complex operational improvement initiatives, including manufacturing insourcing, ERP system evaluation and implementation, strategic sourcing programs, and end-to-end supply chain transformations. His expertise includes production management, forecasting and demand planning, quality systems, inventory optimization, facility operations, and organizational development. He has a proven track record of driving profitable growth while enhancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
