    The Leadership Series 101: Excellence In Manufacturing course is designed to give participants a better understanding of what it means to “lead” the workforce , what their roles and responsibilities are, learn tools and disciplines of being in a leadership / supervisory role in a manufacturing setting, and how to develop an entrepreneurial mindset. During this training, participants will learn the skills needed to transition from a high performer to an effective leader in the organization. The “Leadership Series” is broken into six (6) live-virtual modules with a focus on the foundational aspects of becoming a leader in the organization. Each module consists of 3-4 hours of interactive training over a two-day period (1-1/2 to 2 hours, consecutive days) for six (6) consecutive weeks. The program is tailored to meet the needs of: Front-Line Supervisors Team Leaders Managers General Foreman Department Heads CLASS SCHEDULE Module 1: From Supervisor to Leader (Who am I?)- June 9-10 Module 2: Leading Through Change - June 16-17 Module 3: Communication That Drives Results - June 23-24 Module 4: Pressure, Stress & Resilience Management - June 30-July 1 Module 5: Confident Decision Making as an Entrepreneur - July 7-8 Module 6: Mastering Priorities & Time - July 14-15 Classroom time: 9:00 am to 10:30 am Cost Per Person: $1,200 (to be paid at registration)
