Kenneth Mouradian, Director of the Orlando U.S. Export Assistance Center and Executive Secretary of the Central – North Florida District Export Council, has more than 17 years of experience counseling Florida companies on the EAR, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions, and the Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR).
Ozkan Erdem, Chair of the National Association of District Export Councils and Chair of the Central – North Florida District Export Council, has more than 20 years of experience, both as the exporter and as an advisor, on the EAR, ITAR, OFAC and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) controls, end-use and end-user screening, export classifications, compliance program development, encryption items, compliance audits, training, global technology transfers and export documentation in the electronics, computer hardware, software, information security, industry automation, material processing, mobility/transportation, defense technologies, and manufacturing sectors.
