This two-day highly interactive workshop familiarizes participants with knowledge and concepts necessary for today’s supervisory and leadership roles. The training goes beyond basics to leadership practices for more effectively leading your team to high performance. This workshop, designed for new or experienced supervisors and managers at all levels, are comprehensive training courses scheduled in two eight hour sessions focused on multiple topics relating to personal development and team leadership.
