As faculty, we know that increasing enrollment is important since it drives program budgets and salaries, determining whether new or existing manufacturing programs can continue. But not every student will thrive in these programs.  What basic techniques can we use to help students understand their career options?  How can we identify students that would be a good match for our programs?  Once enrolled, how can we keep students engaged until completion of the program?
