Please join us for four game-changing sessions (virtual) on process improvement!
Why is process improvement and/or lean training so important to your business?
Our training will give you the foundation to know how to identify and eliminate waste in your process. This is not just for your plant floor, these principles can and should be used in shipping, finance, and everywhere in business. Putting this into practice will help reduce costs, boost quality and make operations run smoother. This training is normally done for a whole business, but we want to help individual participants with their foundation. Take advantage of this training for yourself or others in the company.
Our moderator, Ed Cucinelli, will show you how to bring your best values to work. Ed’s appreciation for change and open-mindedness began early in his career when he had the opportunity to transform a manufacturing facility into a showcase operation. His education was structured to establish technical aptitude (BSME) along with business understanding (MBA). Ed became a practitioner of Lean Six Sigma and advocate for Sales & Operations Planning (Oliver Wright). Ed has accomplished and impacted many businesses and has helped them increase EBIT and created 0 defect production lines (to name a few).
